Сакура (Art Color Oil Candy) – сухой жирорастворимый пищевой краситель, 10 гр.

Сферы применения – пищевые продукты: шоколад, шоколадная глазурь, какао-масло, масляный крем, велюр, зеркальная глазурь, ганаш, дизайн корпусных конфет и шоколадных фигурок; творчество: мыло ручной работы, восковые и парафиновые свечи.

Для окрашивания шоколада или глазури 0,001% – 0,01%. Ввести сухой краситель-лак в небольшую часть основного продукта, перемешать вручную или пробить ручным блендером до полного растворения. Ввести в основную массу. Для наружного покрытия изделий, смешать с небольшим количеством растопленного какао-масла. Для профессионального использования.

Для получения новых оттенков, экспериментируйте с количеством красителя-лака или смешивайте с другими цветами линейки ART COLOR oil candy.

Состав: красители пищевые (Е170; Е124; Е122; Е110; Е133). Содержит красители, которые могут оказывать отрицательное влияние на активность и внимание детей!
